I couldn’t have expressed these thoughts better myself. How full of ourselves we humanoids can be and over the silliest and temporal things no less. So, from one politically homeless guy to another, thank you for the cogent and sane perspective. Also, ty for the dog and foliage pics, both grounded in more reality than Twitter fights.

Good morning John! Thanks to the incredible lack of capability of our elected leaders to kill daylight savings time permanently, I’m up a little bit earlier than usual on the East Coast and catching up on some of my reading, your newsletter being one of them. I too have found myself “coffee spitting laughing” at some of the doomsday comments from both sides of the aisle on Elon Musk purchasing Twitter. I sometimes wonder what these people have to do in their daily lives between writing or reading tweets. Would I miss it if it went away? Honestly I probably would has like you, I gather a lot of my daily news from the site. We are in my life as I know it? Ehhh, no. Take care!

I was beginning to think I was the only one on the planet that did care if Musk owned or didn't own Twitter..... Also I don't twit (is that a word?) I also don't get my political news from social platforms since they all tend to make me ill and want heave... Good article John we need more like this one,

Twitter is no longer the only platform, giving it competition. Thus, somewhere in this morass will be the truth.
